This No Refund Policy applies if the digital course "The Future of Digital Finance" (hereinafter, "the Course") was acquired through payment. Due to the nature of the digital product, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Please read carefully before purchasing.

By acquiring the Course you accept that no refunds are offered under any circumstances. If you have doubts about whether the Course is right for you, review all the information on the page before paying. Once the payment is processed, the purchase is final.

1. Final sales

All Course purchases are final and non-refundable, without exceptions. This applies from the moment the payment is processed, regardless of whether the User:

Has or has not downloaded the Course PDF
Has opened or viewed the content
Has accessed the supplementary materials
Later decides the content wasn't what they were looking for

We strongly recommend reading the Course description, reviewing the module index, and comparing with your needs before making the purchase.

2. Reasons for this policy

Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as the User retains the content once delivered. For this reason, this no refund policy is standard in the digital educational products industry.

Similar platforms such as Udemy, Skillshare, Domestika, Hotmart, and Gumroad apply similar "final sales" policies for downloadable digital products.

3. Technical support to access the Course

If you have technical problems accessing, downloading, or opening the Course file, contact us and we will help you receive it in your email.

Resending the file or solving the technical issue does not generate any right to a refund — we simply make sure you receive the product you purchased.

Common problems we can resolve quickly:

The email with the access link didn't arrive (check the spam folder)
The download link expired or doesn't work
The file doesn't download correctly
You need the file resent to a different email address

In any of these cases, contact us through the official channels and we will send the Course directly to your email address.

4. Disputes with the payment platform

If the User initiates a dispute (chargeback) with their bank or payment processor, the bank will be provided with complete evidence of the purchase and access to the Course, including:

Download and/or delivery confirmations
Access to the material
Terms accepted at the time of purchase
This no refund policy visible on the site before payment

5. Before paying

To make sure the Course is what you're looking for, we recommend:

Reviewing the module index and content description
Reviewing free samples if available
Comparing with other resources you know
Making sure the content matches your needs and expectations

6. Acceptance

By acquiring the Course, the User acknowledges having read and accepted this no refund policy in its entirety. If you do not agree with this policy, do not make the purchase.
